Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. You can pay month-to-month and cancel at any time. You can also prepay for a year and receive a discount.

What is the discount if I pay for a year or more up front?

You will get a 5% discount if you prepay for one year, 10% for two years. There are no pro-rated refunds on prepaid accounts. Please call us to receive the discount.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you prepay for a year or more at a time, you may also pay by check (in U.S. dollars). We do not accept check payments for month-to-month accounts.

How does the 30-day trial work?

Your trial is a risk-free way to make sure Presstacular is the right email marketing solution for your business. Trial accounts limit how many messages you can send. Everything else works exactly like a paid account.

What is an "Industry Focus"?

The content you include in your newsletter should be relevant to your line of business. The Industry Focus you select tells our system which articles to show you so you don't have to sift through volumes of content that you won't use. If your business specializes in more than one area, you can add a second Industry Focus to get access to more content.

All accounts also come with general business content. This allows you to share general tips with your readers to help them make better decisions, showing that you care about their overall organization as well as the areas within your expertise.

Who owns the content that is included?

The content is copyrighted and owned exclusively by MailerMailer, makers of Presstacular.

Our license allows you to edit the content we provide, such as adding notes about your projects, to customize it for your company's email newsletter. To access the content from your web site or other media, our license includes a link to your account's archive which contains the material you selected, including any modifications you made.

You may not claim or copyright the content we provide, or derivative works based on any modifications you make, as your own original work.
